Standard shipping – 5.66 €
European Union:
Flat-rate shipping – 15 €
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before placing an order.
DELIVERY TIME
Ready-made products: approximately 3–7 business days
Made-to-order products: individual production time applies and will be communicated where relevant
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
RETURNS – CONSUMERS (B2C)
Consumers may return non-personalised products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- workshops or events with a fixed date
