Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop operated by 
Zofia Terlecka – Kuzu Arte, Germany

The Terms apply to both:

  • consumers (B2C), and
  • business customers (B2B).

Products

Kuzu Arte offers handmade ceramic products and jewellery.
Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of the products, slight variations in colour, shape and texture may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not constitute defects.
 
Some products are made to order.

Contract Conclusion

By placing an order in the online shop, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A purchase contract is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in euros (€).

VAT is applied in accordance with German tax regulations.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately during the checkout process.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

  • Stripe
  • SumUp

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Delivery

Orders are shipped from Germany to destinations within the European Union.

Delivery times depend on product availability and whether the product is ready-made or made to order.

Right of Withdrawal – Consumers (B2C)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalised products,
  • workshops or events with a fixed date.

Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers, statutory consumer protection rights do not apply unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are binding once completed.

There is no right of withdrawal for workshop bookings.

In exceptional cases, customers may contact Kuzu Arte by email to discuss possible individual solutions.

Liability

Kuzu Arte is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded where legally permissible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is Germany.

Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
